Increased use of technology, our changing regulatory climate, and the shifting geopolitical winds are all adding to today’s complexities and risks to effectively operate your business. There will be a workshop in the 2nd segment of the Dinner focusing on two prominent risk management tools – Risk heat maps and Key risk indicators. You can then use these tools and concepts immediately back at work that will enhance your contribution to your company and future companies you may work for or consult with.
Bill Wesioly, CPA-CMA is an independent Risk Management consultant and Professional Leadership coach. Bill has previously worked in the Operational Risk Management areas at BMO and RBC. He currently develops and teaches a number of Risk Management courses including CPA Ontario’s Enterprise Risk Management Certification Program and the Centre of Outsourcing Research and Education’s (CORE) Risk Management in Outsourcing course.
