I cannot overemphasize the importance of a book that recounts the past.  It tells us from where we came and, even more importantly, why.  Winston Churchill is credited with telling us that “those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.”  In matters of Canadian Business History, many people involved in business are not even aware that
