Speakers

Hilary Palmer is a Senior Vice President in the Marsh Cyber Practice. As a national placement specialist and cyber advisor, Hilary utilizes her knowledge in market and client engagement to provide creative solutions for client service.  She is dedicated to the various needs of Marsh clients and colleagues across Canada in this capacity.  Hilary’s responsibilities include the placement of cyber programs, cyber risk advisory services for clients in various industry segments and speaking engagements.   In this role, she helps clients understand, measure and manage their unique cyber risks and optimize their cyber risk transfer.  Hilary joined Marsh in 2004 and has been involved in placing various complex insurance programs and servicing her clients’ daily risk management needs. Throughout her career she has worked on diverse accounts using creative solutions which require unique skill sets and market expertise.  She specializes in Cyber risk management and is a member of the Marsh Canada and US Cyber Practice.

Kenrick Bagnall is the Executive Board VP and CISO for the Cyber Security Global Alliance and head of their Cybercrime Task Force. He also has seventeen years of law enforcement experience, the last eight of which have been a cybercrime investigator. Prior to law enforcement, he spent two decades working in the Information Technology industry primarily in the financial services sector. During this time, he spent twelve years in Bermuda where he was a Senior Network Analyst for the Bank of Butterfield, then an IT Manager for FLAG Telecom and then Senior Vice President of Information Technology for CAPITAL G Bank (now Clarien Bank) before returning to Canada in 2005. Kenrick is also a cybersecurity instructor, writer, and host of the KONCYBER podcast.

Nim Nadarajah with his vast experience in security specializes in helping businesses hyper-scale and grow securely.  Nim is an executive with 30 years of experience in leading and managing capital investments, mergers & acquisitions, and digital transformation solutions.   He helps organizations strategically align; Security, IT, business goals and generate transformative results, through an entrepreneurial spirit paired with the discipline of enterprise delivery.   Nim works at a Provincial and Federal level supporting Canada’s Cyber Security Mandate.  Nim is also the Chief Revenue Officer and a board member of the Cyber Security Global Alliance, Board of Directors Member at the Headwaters Health Center, and Board Member of Resonaite.AI.
