Join us for an engaging two-hour webinar on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, from 7:00-9:00 p.m. EST

Finance professionals have many reporting/analytical methods:

  • determining costs and profitability (standard costing, activity-based costing [ABC]) for products, service-lines, channels, and customers
  • strategy management (strategy map with its balanced scorecard with KPIs)
  • budgeting and rolling financial forecasts
  • process control (e.g., lean management; sigma quality management)

These are typically separate and independent methods. Did you know there is a way to seamlessly integrate this information like meshed gears in a machine. How can analytics used by data scientists (e,g., correlation, regression, segmentation) amplify the power of the methods to enhance more insights and better decision?

Enterprise and corporate performance management (EPM/CPM) integrates these methods. This presentation will describe how to create the full vision of analytics-based EPM/CPM and how to effectively implement each of the EPM/CPM methods.
