Charlene Norman has a knack for turning lemons into lemonade. She is joining us on March 28th to share tips on how we might want to change our patterns of thinking to improve our careers, our relationships, and our lives.
Charlene is the Chief Cheerleader of Bullet Proof your Business Now, a boutique consulting, speaking, and teaching organization focused specifically on assisting business owners maximize the potential of their business. She started her professional life as an accountant, then moved into solving real problems as an operations leader and then as a general manager. Somewhere in those thirty years of international, public, and private experience, she also became an entrepreneur – once deliberately, once accidentally. After buying 60 companies, selling 10, changing the cultures of 5, saving 25, and even taking one through the courts of bankruptcy, she decided to write about what she really knows a lot about…….making money. She recently released her first book, Bullet Proof Your Start Up and expects the next two to be finished sometime before the end of this year.
One year ago, she left the GTA and headed west to St. Catharines in order to fulfil one of her bucket list items: the sampling of every offering from every winery in the Niagara area.
Frankly, Charlene’s personal way of thinking and looking at the world can help all of us deal with our future, our careers, our job search, and our own businesses. Do come out and join us March 28th.
