Ryan is a lawyer licensed in Ontario. He received his law degree at West Virginia University in 2018 on a full scholarship as a Bloom Scholar at the WVU College of Law. In 2018, the National Jurist listed Ryan as one of the top 20 law school students in the United States. 

While attending law school, Ryan was elected to municipal government.

As a city councilman, he served on the Municipal Airport Advisory Commission, the Municipal Traffic Commission, the Morgantown Metropolitan Planning Organization, the Morgantown Metropolitan Planning Advisory Commission. With is wife Christine, he also co-founded the Morgantown Health and Wellness Commission. 

Ryan started his own law firm in Toronto in 2020. Ryan’s practice focuses on real estate, wills and estate planning, family law, and civil litigation. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Christine, and two daughters. He is an avid cyclist, and has participated in many running races. He also enjoys gardening and volunteering in the community.
