Catalina Gutman
Catalina Gutman is a Director with PwC’s Dispute Analysis practice, specializing in business valuations, quantification of economic damages, and forensic accounting investigations.
Catalina has prepared or assisted in the preparation of numerous expert reports, valuation reports, and affidavits for use in trial and meditation proceedings. She has been engaged on behalf of plaintiffs, defendants, and business owners/ managers.
Catalina’s experience includes quantifying financial losses and business valuations with respect to breach of contract, wrongful termination, shareholder disputes, expropriations, and matrimonial disputes.
She has also developed and critiqued financial projections related to business plans, contracts, changes in strategy, and resource extraction, and has performed complex business valuations for purposes of acquisitions/ divestitures, financial reporting, employee stock option planning, and tax planning.
Her experience has encompassed a diverse range of industries, including financial services and insurance, pharmaceutical, automotive, oil and gas, retail operations, media and entertainment, technology, and others.
