I established my Management Position career when I was attending college. Because I was working for companies with a flat structure there was limited room for growth. There was also no management experience available to me. After years of planning, I got my first management level job last year, so I can’t wait to share my unique recipe.
In this course, I break down manager’s duties into 4 categories (hiring, provide feedback, mentoring and communication) and teach how to gain those experiences without a manager title. Once an interview is scheduled, how to present your deep understanding of those duties.

Jane Yan (CPA, CGA, PCP), a manager without a MBA degree, who is also known as the CPA coming from a Psychology background. With zero team management experience, she landed her first management level role as a controller last year. She is also a CPA mentor, online facilitator and started her own mentoring/coaching business this year.
