Dave Oswald is a highly skilled forensic accountant with over 20 years of global experience. As a Certified Forensic Investigator and Certified Fraud Examiner, he has led successful investigations in high-level fraud cases and testified in US Federal Court as an expert witness. Dave’s expertise includes data preservation, computer forensics, and fraud review. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada) and Chartered Accountant (South Africa).

As the Principal of Forensic Restitution Ltd, Dave manages fraud investigations for diverse clients, providing expert analysis and testimony. Dave has also assisted companies in preparing their business interruption and fidelity guarantee claims

Dave’s extensive experience includes theft investigations, intellectual property cases, and insurance claims. He has spoken at prestigious conferences, including ACFE Canada and IIA Canada.

Judi Smith is a VP with Marsh Canada. Judi has spent time studying business interruption coverage and will explain why there is a disconnect between what needs to be done and what is being done.
