Learning to flex begins with an understanding of yourself and how we prefer to interact (temperament) with the environment and the people around us.

This is the premise of the DiSC Personality Profiling seminar. An innovative approach to behavioral insight, DiSC not only uncovers unique personality traits of those profiled, but gives you a practical solutions for interacting most effectively with different behavioral styles.

This interactive session will provide you with the skills and use various methodologies such as video, case studies and group activities to engage participants and reinforce the learning.

At the end of the sessions the participants will be able to:

• Describe how to communicate with other DiSC dimensions to work more effectively
• Develop strategies for identifying other styles whether they are face to face or virtual
• Learn to adapt our behavior to meet the needs of others
