Howard is a Managing Director and Head of Canadian M&A at Kroll Corporate Finance in Toronto. He advises business owners and executives on acquisitions, divestitures, financing and valuation matters. Howard is the author of several books on the subjects of valuation and corporate finance published by CPA Canada.
