Why are we talking about New Year’s resolutions again?

If it’s going well congratulations. If it’s not, renew your vow to complete it.

If you don’t have one; set it now.

Decide what your goal is, write it down then tell someone what you’re going to achieve this year.

Then write down your plan to achieve this and implement your plan. Think about your goal at least twice a day and measure and monitor your progress towards its attainment.
